The FPO is very careful in the detection of users who intent to make any kind of fraud by impersonation, use of a sharing software, assistance by third parties or any other kind of fraud during the test. It is not in the interest of ILTO to revoke a TECS certificate, but if evidence is definite, the FPO will issue a Fraud Report with such evidence. The Test taker will be banned from taking the TECS REMOTE (TECS online) and may only take the TECS ON SITE at the premises of an ILTO Test Administrator, after 180 days from the date the Fraud Report has been issued. The test taker must make a new payment when taking the test on site.

THIS DECISION IS FINAL

ILTO is not in the obligation to have further communication with test takers who have acted in such matters that may affect the company interests. ILTOILTO and the FPO strongly suggest test takers to refrain from such conducts that may lead to revoke the certificate.
